Brief Comments
- Overall, the headline figures for summer 2023 are impressive and represent similar performance to Summer 2022, when the national grade profile is higher.
- This represents a further step up in performance at Didcot Sixth Form and validates the sustained and coordinated efforts from the wider professional network. A second year of sustained excellent performance suggests that the results of 2022 were not a ‘blip’.
- At all key boundaries, Didcot Sixth Form compares favourably to all Oxfordshire state sixth forms. However, given the uneven impact of the pandemic on school and college performance data, the government has said you should not make direct comparisons between the performance data for one school or college and another, or to data from previous years.
